$84.00 Sprinkler system activation and inspection

We will have our technician come to your house, turn your system on, and inspect and adjust your system. 

Our Sprinkler System Activation and Inspection Includes:

• Turn the water on to your  sprinkler system
  • Ensure the main turn on/turn off valve is functioning properly
• Inspect/adjust the timer
  • Ensure the electrical supply and transformer are working properly
  • Correct date and time
  • Set up a schedule based on current conditions
• Inspect zone and valves
  • Operate each zone to ensure valves are working properly
  • Ensure pressure at each head is sufficient for complete coverage
  • Advise on any additional maintenance, repairs of zone problems
• Inspect sprinkler heads
  • Ensure spray heads and rotors are covering properly
  • Adjust rotation or spray angles based on the needs of your lawn and landscape
  • Technician may replace 1 sprinkler head at no charge
• Inspect above-ground components
  • If applicable, the technician will inspect and submit for processing any City required backflow device. ($55 charge for this additional service)

Your sprinkler technician may recommend repairs at the time of the activation and inspection. You and the technician will agree on the full price of the repair before any work is done. These repairs may be completed in the time allotted for the inspection or we may have to re-schedule a time specifically for the repair. Payment for additional repairs is due at the time of service.
