A: Talking with the customers and figuring out their problems, then helping to solve them.

A: Ed Mance, an old boss who grew up in the lawn care business who taught me that doing the right thing is always the right thing, and was honest every time he dealt with people.

A: I would call up Edward Jones! Then call a lawyer, re-do my will, I have a pretty good life & wouldn’t change much.
