About Us
Reg Robertson started Custom Lawn & Landscape in 1981. Born and raised in Johnson County, Kansas, he graduated from Shawnee Mission East and earned an Engineering Degree from The University of Kansas.
When Reg started Custom Lawn & Landscape, his goal was simple - to provide friendly and experienced lawn care service to his friends and neighbors. Word got around quickly that if you wanted a partner in the lawn and landscape business, Custom Lawn & Landscape was the company to call.
Maybe because it started out with a simple goal and grew naturally by word of mouth, Custom Lawn & Landscape is a little different from most of the corporate lawn care companies. We consider our customers our friends. It's a simple concept, but a rare one in today's world. We're not corporate. We keep things real, uncomplicated, down to earth.
The reason Custom Lawn and Landscape started small and grew naturally was because of great customer service and excellent results. Today, 30-plus years later, other than size, we remain very much the same. We are still devoted to great customer service and excellent results. We have the experience to handle anything the Kansas weather throws our way, and this experience translates into a greener and healthier lawn and landscape. We also can take care of your trees and shrubs to make sure they stay vibrant and beautiful.
